Huskbacks are creatures that appear in Evolve Hunters Quest and were originally planned for the base game before being cut.

Appearance

Huskbacks are very similar to Obsidian Beetles in the way they tuck themselves into a shell and have multiple legs, its covered in rock instead however

Locations

Huskbacks make their home in the Deserts of Shear.

Behavior

They behave VERY similarly to the obsidian beetle in the way they retract into a shell and reduce the damage they take from attacks, they will generally just walk around the desert.

Reasons for being cut

They were cut for being too "boring" despite the fact the Obsidian Beetle is extremely similar in function.
